目的 探讨临床药师针对胆道日间手术患者进行疼痛管理的药学服务工作模式及成效。方法 临床药师制定胆道日间手术路径化镇痛方案,构建围术期疼痛管理团队工作模式,制定术后疼痛用药方案,制定镇痛管理效果评价方法。选择2017年10月至2019年10月在我院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者301名,对比临床药师参与胆道日间手术疼痛管理前后镇痛效果。结果 实施路径化镇痛管理方案后,患者术后镇痛有效性和安全性均高于方案实施前,住院时长变短。结论 临床药师参与的胆道日间手术疼痛管理模式有效性和安全性好,可以为临床药师介入日间手术用药管理提供借鉴。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate pharmaceutical care working mode and effect within pain management implemented by clinical pharmacists against patients with biliary tract day surgery. METHODS The path-based analgesia plan for ambulatory biliary surgery, the work model of the perioperative pain management team, the postoperative pain medication plan, and the evaluation of the analgesic management effect have been formulated by clinical pharmacists. A total of 301 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected to compare the analgesic effects of clinical pharmacists before and after the pain management of biliary tract day surgery. RESULTS With the pathway-based analgesia management program, the effectiveness and safety of postoperative analgesia for patients are promoted, and the hospital stay cut down. CONCLUSION The clinical pharmacist's participation in biliary tract day surgery pain management model is effective and safe, and it can provide reference for clinical pharmacists to intervene in day surgery medication management.
